Working from home sounds like a dream come true but the truth is, there are plenty of benefits companies get with hiring remote employees. That’s why more and more companies are embracing remote friendly jobs.

Companies Offering The Most Remote Friendly Jobs

Each year, FlexJobs, a job search site specializing in professional telecommuting, part-time, freelance, and flexible jobs, releases a list of top companies offering telecommute positions. Analyzing data from the previous year, a team at FlexJobs sifts through over 47,000 companies to determine the top 100 companies that posted the most remote friendly positions.

Because more companies are embracing telecommute options, there are a variety of industries seeing real growth. Industries like computer and information technology, medical and health, and government/finance, continue to dominate the list of remote friendly positions, while education, training and sales, also offer a number of remote friendly jobs.

“The results of this year’s list are in line with the overall growth trends we’re observing in the flexible job marketplace, with increasingly diverse companies turning to the ‘TRaD’ (or telecommuting, remote, and distributed) model of work as an integrated business practice,” said Sara Sutton Fell, founder and CEO of FlexJobs. “As more companies embrace remote work in meaningful ways, more people will have greater access to broader career and employment opportunities, creating a positive ripple effect on our economy.”

If you’re in the market for a new job and want a great work-life balance, you’ll want to review the list of top 100 companies offering remote friendly jobs. You can view it below or head over the FlexJobs for more info on methodology behind the list.
