Background on Our Team
What does TAD PGS and M.I.T. have in common?  As we all know, every company has to start somewhere and ours started with David McGrath, Jr. in his M.I.T. college dorm.

As a college student, David began taking on side projects to hone his skills and help pay for college. Over time, he found that his services were in such high demand that he had to recruit others to help.  An idea formed and David and his peer, Tom Cook, were later able to turn it into a solid business.  From 1956 to 1997, David and Tom grew Tad Technical Resources from one small room to an organization nationally recognized as the country’s largest privately owned technical services provider.

In late 1997, Adecco purchased Tad Technical Resources and re-established it as TAD PGS, Inc.  With such a long history of providing staffing services to the U.S. government and its contractors, our focus amongst the Adecco Group family was quickly established. Today, we do business concurrently as Adecco Government and TAD PGS, Inc. and partner with all company divisions worldwide to place people just like you on government contracts.

Introductions:
Tom Lash, our current CEO, got his start in the industry with Tad Technical Resources over 20 years ago as a Recruiting Manager and has been moving through the Adecco ranks since.  Always open to new ideas from all levels of the organization, he works tirelessly to keep our business moving.

Rick Martinez, our Director of Programs Management in Garden Grove, CA, manages our growing recruiting team that is dedicated to assist you in finding the right opportunity.  No matter where you are located, chances are that his team can find you the perfect fit.

Gina Harvey, our fearless VP of Operations, flies around the country to keep things running smoothly.  She is always smiling and approachable, so you can’t help but want to partner with her.

I myself have been working with the Adecco Group for the past 10 years.  While I will be the primary voice on this blog, you will also find posts from other staff members and industry experts.  As TAD PGS’s Client Solutions and Communications Manager, I closely partner with all Adecco divisions (e.g. Adecco Staffing, Adecco Engineering & Technical, Modis, LHH, Soliant Health, Accounting Principles, Alderson Reporting, and Entegee) across the country to make sure each of our customers’ recruiting projects are running smoothly.  I also manage our company’s social media strategy across all platforms.
