Many job positions can be performed remotely and with more companies embracing remote work, flexible job options are becoming all the rage.
Companies are realizing that when you operate partially or fully remote the overhead costs are drastically cut as well as a better work-life balance for employees. To understand what employers are truly becoming virtual companies, job site FlexJobs researched hundreds of employers that embrace remote working. With a majority or all of their team members working remote, the companies that made the list embrace flexible schedules and options for employees.
IT/computer, HR, and education top the list of industries for remote work, but year after year, more industries are jumping on the bandwagon and offering flexible positions. This new workplace model continues to gain speed as more companies and employees realize the benefit of remote working. While employers on the FlexJob list of virtual companies is only a small percentage of employers embracing remote positions, the companies named make it possible for a majority or all of their employees to telecommute 100% of the time.
