The Adecco Group established TAD PGS, Inc. in 1997 after acquiring TAD Technical Resources, which at the time was the country’s largest privately owned technical services provider. TAD Technical Resources had a long history of providing cleared and uncleared staffing services to the U.S. government and contractors.

As the Adecco Group was foreign owned, TAD PGS, Inc., Adecco SA and Adecco, Inc. jointly executed a Department of Defense (DoD) Proxy Agreement to mitigate foreign ownership, control and influence concerns. This enabled the company to assume operations of “Proscribed Access” contracts.

Our 50 years of experience working with government executive agencies is a testament to our ability to meet the complex security, compliance and technical needs of the industry. We understand and respond to the industry’s changing and unique needs – from cyber security to sustainment and readiness to medical staffing – and have readied professionals to meet those needs and be a part of your team.

Yet these individuals often employ the unique knowledge and skills that are in great demand among our government and military clients. Fostering these skills and providing additional training to disabled veterans is a key focus at TAD PGS, Inc. We’ve formed alliances with a number of initiatives to help disabled vets obtain a challenging, fulfilling career.

Returning veterans possess many of the characteristics today’s employers’ desire – leadership, discipline and teamwork. Veterans returning to civilian life are some of our top candidates, possessing unique skill sets and a strong work ethic. At TAD PGS, Inc., we provide additional career support and training to help returning veterans succeed including career counseling, resume enhancement, interview training and online skills training.

Our Career Connections program supports these often unsung heroes, military spouses. As part of the Adecco Group, we assisted in placing over 20,000 military spouses in temporary and direct hire positions. By the nature of the role they play at home, military spouses are flexible and adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.

Military spouses play a critical support role in their home life yet deployments and transfers often interfere with their own career goals.
